Service Description

This Blended Learning Lifeguard Recertification course is designed for individuals already certified in Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid who wish to renew their credential for another two years. The curriculum reviews essential knowledge and refreshes hands-on skills in aquatic surveillance, in-water and land rescue techniques, victim care (including breathing and cardiac emergencies), and team response protocols. Participants must meet prerequisites and complete both the online knowledge components and in-person practical sessions to successfully recertify and maintain the Gold-Standard certification. Our Lifeguard Recertification course is open for Lifeguarding (Including Deep Water), Shallow Water Lifeguarding (water up to 5', 6' and 7' deep) and Aquatic Attraction Lifeguarding (water up to 3' deep). Make sure to know which course you need to take before signing up. Course Duration: 9 Hours and 15 Minutes Prerequisites: Participant must possess a current American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification that is not more than 30 days past the expiration date.
