American Red Cross Babysitters Training r.25

This in-person course prepares youth ages 11-16 to safely and confidently care for children and infants. It includes hands-on activities, videos, and discussions to develop essential, real-life readiness babysitting skills. The course covers feeding, diapering, picking up and holding children, safety, and emergency response. Participants receive a 10-year Babysitter's Training certificate upon completion.  

Who should take this course?

This training would be great for new babysitters looking to build confidence and essential childcare skills, teens and young adults who want to start babysitting or earn more jobs, experienced babysitters who want to refresh their skills and stay up to date, nannies, au pairs, and childcare helpers seeking formal training, and parents who want to feel confident leaving their children in safe, capable hands—as well as anyone who wants to feel prepared and confident.
