The New Red Cross r.25 First Aid/CPR/AED Course.

When will they be released?

• The updated First Aid/CPR/AED program will release on December 2, 2025.

• The First Aid Guidelines will be published in December 2025.

Whats new with them?

• A focused attention on enhancements to the Instructor Program. These updates are designed to ensure the program remains current, effective and aligned with best practices in education and training expectations.

• The updated Instructor course (blended learning with an in-person session for skills practice, teaching assignment preparation and feedback sessions).  is now designed to be taught in approximately 8 hours, not including break time.
